Cancellation Policy
Sixty-Day Notice
A sixty (60) day notice is required for cancellation. Cancellations made more than sixty (60) days before arrival are subject to a 10% cancellation fee or $100, whichever is greater. Cancellation or early departure does not warrant a refund of rent or deposit. If you anticipate shortening your stay, we suggest purchasing travel insurance separately.
